The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system provides enhanced lighting, aimed precisely where needed, with options for long-range spot-lights or ditch lights to illuminate the side of the road. This A-Pillar kit is designed for versatility. It includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods with selectable beam patterns and installation brackets that utilize pre-existing mounting points for a modification-free setup. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability.

The 2Banger's compact design allows for easy integration where full-size pods may not fit. While the pods include adjustable pedestal mounts for universal fitment, Morimoto also offers application-specific mounting bracket kits for racks and A-pillars for many popular trucks.

The 2Banger features proprietary components, optimized for performance using LucidShape with lumen-dense Osram LEDs. Thermal dynamics are optimized using SolidWorks. It is available in two performance tiers (HXB and NCS), white or yellow output, and four beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood. The pods can be mounted individually or linked together with BangerBar links to create custom light bars.

Beam Patterns:
* HXB Spot Beam: Provides long-distance illumination (up to 700 meters) with powerful Osram LEDs and advanced optics.
* HXB Combo Beam: Offers a blend of width and distance for comfortable medium-range illumination, tuned for an ideal combo beam.
* HXB Wide Beam: Illuminates the ground directly in front, with dual-axis control for width and hotspot, meeting SAE F regulation for legal fog light use.
* HXB Flood Beam: Provides broad ambient light for low-speed driving, rock crawling, backup lights, or camp illumination.
* NCS Spot Beam: Illuminates well into the distance with a focused 5-degree hotspot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam.
* NCS Combo Beam: Offers a blend of width and distance for medium-range illumination, with a tuned oval hotspot and spread.
* NCS Wide Beam: Provides a very wide beam for improved side visibility, with vertical gradient control to eliminate glare, and can meet SAE standards for fog light use when properly aimed.

Weather & Reliability:
* White output is for all-around visibility, while yellow output (Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs) is recommended for rain, snow, or fog without compromising output.
* Features a copper DTP PCB for maximum heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and a gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality:
* Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams when aimed properly.
* The 2Banger wide beam model is verified-compliant with SAE-F regulation for on-road use as a fog light.

Power Up (Optional Wire Harness):
* Designed with high-quality components, including a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow-LED backlight.
