The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system offers versatile lighting solutions, from long-range spotlights to ditch lights, aimed precisely where needed. This kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in various beam patterns, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. It's specifically engineered for a modification-free installation on 2015-2020 Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban models, utilizing existing mounting points. The brackets are constructed from laser-cut, electroplated, and powder-coated 304 stainless steel for extreme durability. The white-output version ensures all-around visibility, while a yellow-output option with Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs provides optimal performance in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog without compromising output.

The product's reliability is ensured through a copper DTP PCB for maximum heat transfer, optimized radiator design, an electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell, potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and a main gasket, all designed to IP69K weather resistance standards. Cable management is streamlined with integrated mounting locations and clips on the bracket stem, facilitating a clean plug-and-play installation with Morimoto's switched relay wire harness.

Performance is a key focus, with the patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light utilizing LucidShape for optimized output from lumen-dense LEDs by Nichia and Osram, world-class optics, and SolidWorks-optimized thermal dynamics. The NCS Combo Beam pattern provides a balanced spread of width and distance illumination, enhancing visibility for everyday driving and complementing high-performance headlights. The optional wire harness is a premium component, featuring a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands such as Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. When properly aimed, the Spot and Combo beams meet SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams, and the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models comply with SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lights. Optional Blackout Covers are available for regulatory compliance in certain areas.
