The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides versatile, high-performance illumination for off-road and utility applications. Featuring a 'bolt-on brighter' design, it offers various beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo) and easy, modification-free installation using existing mounting points. The kit includes laser-cut, powder-coated 304 stainless steel brackets for durability. Available in white for all-around visibility or phosphor-converted yellow for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog. Engineered for reliability, the 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB for maximum heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell with electroplating, and potted internals with over-molded input wiring and gaskets designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. Integrated cable management ensures a clean installation with Morimoto's switched relay wire harness. Optics are optimized using LucidShape with lumen-dense Nichia and Osram LEDs, and thermal dynamics are optimized with SolidWorks.
