The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides versatile illumination, from long-range spotlights to ditch lights. This A-Pillar kit for the 2021+ Bronco Sport ensures perfect compatibility with pre-existing mounting points, allowing for modification-free installation. Brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog. Key features include a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer, and a cast aluminum shell electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Internals are potted, input wiring is over-molded, and the main gasket meets IP69K standards for full weather resistance. Cable management includes mounting locations and routing clips on the bracket stem. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optics optimized using LucidShape and thermal dynamics optimized with SolidWorks. The HXB Wide Beam illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, offering dual-axis control for width and active hot spot control. With a standard -4 degree aim, the HXB Wide Beam complies with the latest SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lights. An optional wire harness includes a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands.
