The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is an advanced lighting solution designed to provide additional light precisely where needed. This kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in a spot beam pattern, custom-engineered installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. It is specifically designed for perfect compatibility with the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco Sport, utilizing existing mounting points for a true modification-free installation. The brackets are constructed from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, then electroplated and powder-coated for exceptional durability. This particular version features yellow-output, achieved with Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs, which is optimized for superior performance in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog.

The product prioritizes reliability through features such as a copper DTP PCB for maximum heat transfer, an optimized radiator, an electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum housing, potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and a main gasket that meets IP69K weather resistance standards. For a clean installation, the kit incorporates cable routing clips. The 4Banger LED pod light itself is developed using LucidShape technology to optimize performance with modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. The NCS Spot Beam produces a highly focused 5-degree hot spot complemented by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, making it ideal for long-range visibility.

The optional wire harness is designed with high-quality components, including a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. While designed for Morimoto pods, the A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from other brands. The Spot and Combo beams, when properly aimed, comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams, and the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models are verified compliant with SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lights when aimed at -4 degrees. Optional Blackout Covers are available for compliance with local regulations.
