The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides versatile additional lighting, offering long-range spot-lights and ditch lights. This kit includes HXB Yellow Spot Beam 4Banger LED pods, vehicle-specific brackets, and a switched wire harness. Designed for 2018+ VW Atlas, ensuring perfect compatibility and modification-free installation. Brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated. Yellow-output utilizes Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog. Features include a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, optimized radiator, electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell, potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and an IP69K-rated main gasket for weather resistance. Cable management is integrated with clips on the bracket stem. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern Nichia and Osram LEDs and world-class optics, with the HXB Spot Beam illuminating up to 800 meters. The wire harness includes a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch. A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. When properly aimed, Spot and Combo beams meet SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams; NCS and HXB Wide Beam models meet SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lights.
