The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution designed to provide additional light aimed precisely. The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in various beam patterns (NCS White Combo Beam in this case) and brackets for easy, modification-free installation. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The product is engineered for all-weather conditions, with white-output being ideal for all-around visibility, and phosphor-converted yellow LEDs available for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog. Reliability is ensured through features like a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer, and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated before powder coating. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The wiring harness is designed for a clean and reliable install. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light features proprietary elements, including LucidShape optimization for modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, and optics produced to world-class standards. Thermal dynamics are optimized using SolidWorks.
