MORIMOTO 4BANGER DITCH LIGHT KIT: 1

The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide versatile lighting with long-range spot-lights or ditch lights. The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness for a modification-free installation. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal output in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. The 4Banger LED pods feature a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer, optimized radiator design, and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. The internals are potted, with over-molded input wiring and a main gasket designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The wiring harness includes a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The NCS Spot Beam offers a focused 5-degree hot spot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam for long-range visibility. The A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from various other brands. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams, and the Wide beam is compliant with SAE J583 for fog lamps. Optional Blackout Covers are available for street legality in some localities.
