The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system offers enhanced lighting, precisely aimed. It features high-performance 4Banger LED pods, brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness. Designed specifically for the 2018+ VW Atlas, it guarantees perfect compatibility and a modification-free installation. The brackets are crafted from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for exceptional durability. The yellow-output version incorporates Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for superior performance in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. The 4Banger is engineered with a copper DTP PCB to maximize heat transfer, and its cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated for long-lasting resilience. Internals are potted, wiring over-molded, and gaskets meet IP69K standards for complete weather resistance. The kit includes cable routing clips for a clean and organized wiring setup. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light utilizes LucidShape technology to optimize performance around modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. It's available in Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Wide Beam provides illumination directly in front and to the sides of the vehicle, with excellent vertical gradient control to prevent glare to oncoming traffic. It is verified compliant with SAE F regulation for use as a street-legal fog light when properly mounted and aimed. The optional wire harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other leading brands such as Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. The Spot and Combo beams adhere to SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beam. Optional Blackout Covers are available for regions where auxiliary lights are required to be covered during everyday driving.
