Brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for extreme durability. Available in white or phosphor-converted yellow output for optimal all-weather visibility. Features a copper DTP PCB and cast aluminum shell for superior thermal management and IP69K weather resistance. Includes cable routing clips for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. Available in Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. NCS Wide Beam provides illumination directly in front of the vehicle and wide side visibility, with glare control for oncoming traffic, meeting SAE standards for on-road fog light use when aimed properly. The optional wire harness is also engineered for reliability. Compatible with LED pods from most other brands.
