The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional light, aimed as desired. It's a versatile kit allowing choice of high-performance 4Banger LED pods and includes brackets for easy, modification-free installation. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal penetration in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB for maximizing heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and potted internals with over-molded input wiring and gasket designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. It includes mounting locations and cable routing clips for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses LucidShape for optimized performance around Nichia and Osram LEDs. It's available in Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Wide Beam illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle and off to the sides, with superior vertical gradient control to eliminate glare. It meets SAE standards for on-road use as a fog light when aimed properly. The kit is compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics.
