The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting and is designed for perfect compatibility with 2014-2018 GMC Sierra models. The brackets are made from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version is ideal for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog, utilizing Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The lights feature a copper DTP PCB for maximizing heat transfer and a cast aluminum shell. The internals are potted, and the input wiring is over-molded, with the main gasket designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. The kit includes cable routing clips on the bracket stem. The 4Banger LED pods use LucidShape for optimized performance with Nichia and Osram LEDs. The NCS Wide Beam pattern illuminates the ground in front of the vehicle and off to the sides, with superior vertical gradient control to eliminate glare. The beam pattern produced by both the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models is verified compliant with the latest SAE F regulation for use as a street-legal fog light when aimed appropriately. The A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from most other brands. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for an auxiliary high beam.
