The LED pods are engineered for reliability and performance, featuring a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to optimize heat transfer to the radiator. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated to prevent flaking, while potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and a main gasket ensure IP69K weather resistance. This specific kit comes with NCS (Yellow) Combo Beam LED pods, which are ideal for optimal output in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog, by producing yellow light at the source for superior penetration without compromising output.
