The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional light, with versatile beam patterns for various driving conditions (long-range spot-lights or ditch lights). The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods, application-specific brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while a yellow-output version is available for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog, using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB and a cast aluminum shell for efficient heat transfer and weather resistance (IP69K standards). The system incorporates cable routing clips for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. It is available with Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Combo Beam illuminates a clear path with medium range, providing a blend of width and distance illumination with an 8H x 4V oval hot spot and a 10V degree spread at beam center. The optional wire harness includes a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch.
