The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is a comprehensive lighting solution providing enhanced illumination for off-road or auxiliary use. This kit is designed for versatile use, from long-range spotlights for high-speed driving to ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. It includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in a yellow wide beam pattern, brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness for proper power delivery.

The A-pillar brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The yellow-output version utilizes Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs to effectively penetrate rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The 4Banger LED pods feature a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer, optimized through thermal analysis, and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated to prevent flaking. The internals are potted, wiring is over-molded, and the main gasket is designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

The NCS Wide Beam pattern illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle and provides a wide beam to improve visibility off to the sides of the road. It offers superior vertical gradient control to eliminate glare for oncoming traffic and can meet SAE standards for on-road use as a fog light when aimed appropriately. The kit also includes a high-quality wiring harness with a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics.
