Overview

The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional lighting. It is engineered for a modification-free installation using pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are made from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while a yellow-output version (using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs) is available for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB and an optimized radiator for heat management. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated, and the internals are potted and over-molded according to IP69K standards for weather resistance. The kit includes cable routing clips for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pods use Nichia and Osram LEDs and are available in Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Wide Beam is designed to illuminate the ground directly in front of the vehicle and improve side visibility, while controlling vertical gradient to prevent glare.
