The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed for the 2015-2020 Ford Raptor, providing enhanced lighting for off-road driving. It features HXB White Wide Beam LED pods, laser-cut 304 stainless steel brackets, and a switched wire harness for a modification-free installation. The lights are IP69K rated for weather resistance and compatible with other LED pod brands. This kit ensures a precise fit, utilizing pre-existing mounting points for easy installation. The white-output version offers all-around visibility, while a yellow-output option is available for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The pods feature a copper DTP PCB for heat management, electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shells, and potted internals with over-molded input wiring for IP69K weather resistance. Cable management clips are integrated into the bracket design. The HXB Wide Beam optics provide dual-axis control for width and hotspot, resembling an SAE-compliant fog light pattern with enhanced intensity from Osram HX Boost LEDs. The optional wire harness includes a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch. Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams, while the Wide beam is SAE J583 compliant for fog lamps. Optional Blackout Covers are available.
