The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution designed for the 2009-2014 Ford Raptor. It provides additional light aimed precisely where needed, with options for long-range spot-lights or ditch lights. The kit is engineered for perfect, modification-free fitment, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are constructed from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for extreme durability. It is available in white or phosphor-converted yellow output for optimal performance in various weather conditions (rain, snow, fog). The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB and optimized heat-transfer radiator for reliability, with a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated to prevent flaking. Internals are potted, and wiring and gaskets are designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. Cable management features are integrated into the bracket. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pods utilize LucidShape to optimize performance with modern Nichia and Osram LEDs, offering Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The HXB Spot beam provides exceptional long-range illumination up to 800 meters. An optional wiring harness is available, featuring a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch. The A-pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from most other brands including Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams, and the Wide beam complies with SAE J583 for fog lamps. Optional blackout covers are available.
