Engineered for perfect compatibility with the 2015-2020 Ford Raptor, ensuring a modification-free installation. Brackets are made from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated. The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility, while the yellow-output version is designed for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The product emphasizes reliability with features like a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, optimized thermal dynamics, and IP69K standards for weather resistance. Cable management features are integrated into the bracket design. The 4Banger LED pods utilize modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. The NCS Combo Beam offers a blend of width and distance illumination. The kit also includes a high-quality wire harness. The A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. Street legality is noted, with Spot and Combo beams complying with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams when aimed properly, and the Wide beam model complying with SAE J583 for fog lamps.
