The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods, application-specific brackets for modification-free installation, and a switched wire harness. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal penetration in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The design focuses on reliability with a copper DTP PCB and optimized radiator for heat transfer. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated, with potted internals and over-molded input wiring designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. Cable management features routing clips on the bracket stem. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pods are optimized using LucidShape with Nichia and Osram LEDs. The NCS Spot Beam provides a focused 5-degree hotspot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam for long-range visibility.
