This A-Pillar LED system provides versatile lighting with options for long-range spotlights or ditch lights. The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods, brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness. It features an engineered fitment for the 2002-2009 Lexus GX, ensuring modification-free installation using pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while a yellow-output version is available for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The 4Banger LED pods boast high reliability with a copper DTP PCB for maximizing heat transfer to an optimized radiator, a cast aluminum shell, and potted internals with over-molded input wiring and a main gasket designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. The kit also incorporates cable management features on the bracket stem. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pods utilize LucidShape for optimized performance with Nichia and Osram LEDs, with optics produced to world-class standards and thermal dynamics optimized using SolidWorks. Available with Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Combo Beam offers a clear path with medium range, blending width and distance illumination, with an 8H x 4V oval hot spot and a 10V degree spread at beam center. The optional wire harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. Street legality: Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams when aimed properly. The Wide beam model complies with SAE J583 for fog lamps. Optional blackout covers are available for localities requiring auxiliary lights to be covered.
