This A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting aimed precisely where needed, with options for long-range spot or ditch lights. Engineered for perfect compatibility and a modification-free installation on the 2015-2020 Ford F-150, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. Brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for extreme durability. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal penetration through rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. Features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer, and an optimized radiator for reliability. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated to resist flaking. Potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance. Includes cable routing clips on the bracket stem for clean wiring. Utilizes patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light technology, optimized with LucidShape and lumen-dense Nichia and Osram LEDs. NCS Wide Beam pattern illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle and improves side visibility. Superior vertical gradient control eliminates glare to oncoming traffic and meets SAE standards for on-road fog light use when mounted and aimed correctly. Optional wiring harness is designed for a clean and reliable install, with a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel terminals, and an M-Spec push button switch. A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from most other brands, including Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. Street Legality: The Wide beam model is compliant with SAE J583 for use in fog lamps when aimed properly. Optional Blackout Covers are available for localities requiring auxiliary lights to be covered for everyday driving.
