The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting, aimed where desired. It offers versatility with various beam patterns. The A-Pillar kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco has been engineered for perfect, modification-free compatibility, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version is designed for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for effective light penetration without compromising output. The 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for heat transfer and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated. The internals, wiring, and gasket are designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. It includes cable routing clips on the bracket stem for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. The NCS Combo Beam provides a blend of width and distance illumination. The optional wiring harness is designed for quality and reliability, featuring a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams, and the Wide Beam models comply with SAE F for street-legal fog lights.
