The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional light, aimed precisely for various driving conditions. It offers long-range spot-lights for high-speed driving and ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. This A-Pillar kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods with a choice of beam pattern, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness for proper power. The kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco has been extensively tested to ensure perfect compatibility, lining up with pre-existing mounting points for a modification-free installation. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while a yellow-output version with Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs is available for optimal output in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator, and the cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to resist flaking. The internals, input wiring, and gasket are designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The kit includes cable routing clips on the bracket to manage wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. It is available with Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo beam patterns. The NCS Combo Beam provides a blend of width and distance, illuminating a clear path with medium range. The optional wire harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beam, and the Wide beam model is compliant with SAE J583 for use in fog lamps.
