The Morimoto BigBanger A-Pillar LED system is a ditch light kit designed for the 2019+ GMC Sierra 1500. It offers versatile lighting with a choice of beam patterns (spot or combo) and colors (white or yellow output). The kit is engineered for a modification-free installation, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The BigBanger LEDs are optimized using LucidShape with Nichia and Osram LEDs, and thermal dynamics are optimized using SolidWorks for reliability. The NCS Combo Beam option provides a strong hotspot, width, and vertical flood for all-around visibility. An amber backlight is standard and features dual-intensity control (daytime and dimmed at night) with an optional BigBanger-specific wire harness. The product features an IP69K rating for weather resistance.
