The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system provides more light, aimed precisely for various needs, from long-range spot-lights to ditch lights. This kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in a spot beam pattern, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. It's engineered for a modification-free installation on the 2020+ Silverado HD. The brackets are made from laser-cut 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal penetration in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The product is designed for reliability with a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell, and potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. It features cable routing clips for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses LucidShape to optimize performance around Nichia and Osram LEDs, with optics produced to world-class standards and optimized thermal dynamics. The NCS Spot Beam provides a focused 5-degree hotspot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam for long-range visibility. The optional wire harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber-LED backlight. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. The NCS and HXB Wide Beam models, with a standard -4 degree aim, are verified compliant with the latest SAE F regulation for street-legal fog lights. Optional Blackout Covers are available for everyday driving compliance.
