The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution for the Jeep Gladiator JT, providing options for long-range spot-lights or ditch lights. The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods in a NCS Yellow Wide Beam pattern, brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow-output version uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB for maximized heat transfer, and a cast aluminum shell with electroplating and powder coating. Internals are potted, input wiring is over-molded, and the main gasket meets IP69K standards for weather resistance. Cable routing clips are incorporated into the bracket stem for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses LucidShape to optimize performance with Nichia and Osram LEDs. The NCS Wide Beam illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle and off to the sides, with superior vertical gradient control to eliminate glare. When aimed properly, the Wide beam model is compliant with SAE J583 for use in fog lamps. The A-Pillar brackets are compatible with LED pods from other brands like Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics.
