This kit is designed for modification-free installation using existing mounting points, with laser-cut 304 stainless steel and powder-coated brackets. BigBanger LEDs utilize Nichia and Osram LEDs with optimized thermal dynamics, offering various performance tiers, beam patterns, and colors. The yellow-output version employs Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs for enhanced visibility in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. Reliability is ensured through a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, an electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell, a gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves, all designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.
