MOTIVE GEAR S6-650 INPUT SHAFT 23T 10-3 8 - ZFS6-16

This part is an input shaft for ZF S6-650 and ZF S6-53 6-speed manual transmissions. The ZF S6-650 is a heavy-duty manual transmission with an aluminum alloy main gear case and tail housing, with the bell housing integral to the case. It is built in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. Ford models have an internal oil pump, while GM versions do not. All gears are synchronized, with dual cone synchronizers on 2nd and 3rd gears. The ZF S6-53 is also a 6-speed manual transmission designed for longitudinal engine applications. It uses an input, main, and layshaft configuration with idler gears and synchronizers for all forward and reverse gears. The bell housing and case are made of die-cast aluminum.
