Moto Tassinari 4R V4R26H Reed Valve System

The Moto Tassinari V-Force 4R reed valve system, specifically the V4R26H model, is engineered as a performance upgrade for select KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas 125cc, 150cc, and 250cc carbureted models. This 'H' version is distinguished by its higher tension reed petal, optimized for maximum performance and durability in engines that operate at higher RPMs. The VForce 4R reed valve system boasts a unique design that doubles the reed tip surface area compared to conventional reed valves. This significant increase in surface area allows reed petals to travel half the distance to achieve the same airflow, promoting better sealing and opening. The reduced petal travel contributes to greater efficiency and less wear, potentially extending the life of the reed petals, especially under the rapid opening and closing cycles of high-revving engines. Key features of the VForce 4R include an all-new reed petal resin system with a carbon fiber lay-up, a pre-curved reed petal for a better seal, and a wider reed cage to maximize airflow. The system also incorporates improved reed stops that eliminate the need for retaining screws, thus preventing potential motor damage. An airfoil shape is added to the cage tip to increase air velocity, and longer reed stops are implemented to progressively slow petal tip velocity for enhanced durability.
