The PRL Motorsports Replacement Panel Air Filter Upgrade is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L. It utilizes double-layer woven cotton with deep, dense pleats, increasing the filtration surface area by 10% to 15%. This design allows for a greater volume of air to enter the combustion chamber while maintaining superior filtration, trapping particles as small as 5 microns. Constructed with a robust stainless steel mesh to resist dents and ensure durability, the filter is further enhanced by a four-step, low-pressure injection molding process. The flexible rubber base provides a consistent, airtight seal, absorbs vibration, and withstands extreme heat cycles. Additionally, the filter lubricant is vehicle sensor-friendly and creates an ionic bond with the stainless steel mesh, attracting dust particles for optimal airflow. This air filter is compatible with all 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L models, including Si, CVT, 6MT, RHD, and International variants. It also fits all 2022+ Honda Civic 2.0L models. Importantly, no ECU calibration is required for installation. Please note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California on any emission-controlled motor vehicle. It replaces Honda Part Number: 17220-5BA-A00 and Green Filter Part Number: 7387.
