This insert is recommended for MkV/MkVI Volkswagen Golf/GTI/R/Jetta/GLI and 8P Audi A3/S3 & 8J Audi TT/TTS/TTRS models that utilize a dogbone mount and a lower dogbone mount insert. It works by eliminating bending forces on the dogbone mount arm during aggressive driving events like burn-outs and wheel-hop, which can otherwise cause the arm to bend or fail.
