The Fulton P9012-00 is a weld-on mounting bracket designed for swivel jacks. This bracket includes a center bolt, bushing, and lock nut for secure installation. It is specifically designed to work with Fulton 154107 and XP series jacks. Please note that bolts for attaching the bracket to the frame are not included.
