MP1626 Remanufactured Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC1626G-2 is a remanufactured MP1626 electric shift transfer case, rebuilt to high standards for reliability. This transfer case is compatible with 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 and Sierra 2500/3500 models, as well as 2009-2010 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 and GMC Yukon XL 2500 models, all equipped with the 6.0L gas engine and requiring option code NQF. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects cases and internal components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A specialized hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, is used on all parts. Essential wear components, including all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers, are replaced with new ones. This transfer case features a 29 spline input shaft, an oval mounting pattern, and a screw-in speed sensor.
