The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC3010G-1 is a remanufactured MP3010 transfer case, rebuilt to rigorous standards for the GM 2010-20 SUV and Truck lineup. This unit features a single-speed, all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration, ensuring reliable power distribution. Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer cases undergo a meticulous remanufacturing process. Craftsmen thoroughly inspect cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A specialized Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning, prepares all parts. Each transfer case is rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers, and all finished units are spin-tested for proper shiftability and noise levels. The unit has a fluid capacity of 1.6 quarts and requires Dexron VI ATF fluid. It has a 32-spline input and a 32-spline rear output, with manufacturer code NP0.
