MPI Fuel Rail Upgrade Kit

The Unitronic MPI Fuel Rail Upgrade Kit is a comprehensive solution engineered to add multi-port fuel injection to 1.8TSI and 2.0TSI EA888 Gen3 MQB vehicles. Anchored by a CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum fuel rail, this kit is hard anodized black for enhanced durability and ethanol resistance. It comes fully equipped with Bosch Motorsport 980cc fuel injectors, a Bosch fuel pressure sensor, a Continental ethanol content sensor, and premium fuel lines with high-reliability pinch clamps. Installation is streamlined through the inclusion of a plug-and-play wiring harness, eliminating the need for cutting or splicing factory wiring. The kit also provides a precision drill bit and guide to facilitate the modification of the OEM intake manifold. Please note that while the hardware integrates seamlessly with OEM ECUs, custom MPI-specific tuning is required for proper operation. All necessary mounting hardware is included for a complete, factory-fit installation.
