MPI Fuel Rail Upgrade Kit

The Unitronic MPI Fuel Rail Upgrade Kit (UH014-FLA) is engineered for the 2.0TSI EA888.4 / EVO4 engine, providing a significant increase in fuel capacity necessary for safely producing maximum power with ethanol fuel. This comprehensive kit allows for the addition of port-side fuel injectors to the factory intake manifold, featuring top-shelf components designed and assembled by Unitronic. Included hardware consists of a CNC-machined billet aluminum fuel rail, genuine Bosch Motorsport 980CC fuel injectors, a Bosch Motorsport fuel pressure sensor, premium fuel lines, pinch clamps, necessary hardware, and a plug-and-play wiring harness for straightforward installation. A precision drill bit and guide are also provided for OEM intake manifold preparation. This upgrade is essential for supporting all stages of ethanol use on the MK8 Golf R and 8Y S3, and Stage 3 E85 for the MK8 GTI. It requires specific software tuning, including Mk8 GTI Stage 3 E85 Software, Mk8 Golf R E85 Software, or 8Y S3 E85 Software. Note that this kit does not include port-side fuel injectors for tuners with different injector preferences.
