MQB 1.4 TSI EA211 Cold Air Intake

The RacingLine Intake System is a race-bred cold air intake specifically engineered for all MQB models equipped with the 1.4 TSI EA211 engine, including vehicles like the Golf 7, Audi A3 8V, Leon III, and Octavia III. Developed with extensive factory motorsport experience, this intake combines OEM-standard design and quality with the potential for significant power gains, especially on uprated vehicles. Developed using F1-standard CFD programs, the large airbox volume and maximized filter surface area ensure that the intake can support increased power outputs without restriction. The TriFoam™ triple-layer construction is noted for its filtration capabilities and its role in achieving power gains by efficiently delivering cold, dense air to the engine. This intake system is engineered to reduce turbo spool by up to 500rpm in certain applications, ensuring rapid turbo response. While it produces a rich induction noise under acceleration, the fully-enclosed design helps to contain the volume levels. Regular maintenance is recommended to keep the high-performance intake functioning optimally. This intake system is exclusively for Right Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles.
