MQB BOSS 650 Kit Turbocharger

The CTS Turbo MQB BOSS 650 Kit represents an updated version 3 of their popular Bolt-On Speed Solution (BOSS) turbo upgrade for the MQB platform, specifically engineered for the EA888 Gen 3 engine. At its core is a reverse rotation Gen2 30/71 dual ball-bearing CHRA, designed to provide excellent boost response and eliminate restrictions. The exhaust housing is cast and machined to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe, and it retains factory wastegate geometry for simplified tuning. The turbo outlet measures 2.5 inches and is positioned in the factory location for compatibility with a 2.5-inch turbo outlet pipe, which is required and sold separately. This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on installation without requiring modifications to the vehicle. It includes the Gen2 30/71 CHRA, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, integrated wastegate actuator bracket, oil and water lines, a 3.25-inch cast turbo inlet, and all necessary installation hardware. The BOSS 650 is capable of supporting up to 600hp, contingent on fueling and other engine modifications. It is compatible with CTS Turbo intakes or aftermarket equivalents, though other brands may require a different coupler. The diverter/blow-off valve is also compatible with CTS Turbo billet units or the factory DV. Tuning is available for North American fueling, as well as for upgraded fueling systems from United Motorsport, COBB, and Eurodyne. Please note that this product is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle due to California Air Resources Board regulations. A 2.5-inch turbo outlet pipe is required for installation.
