MQB BOSS600 V2 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit

The CTS Turbo MQB BOSS600 V2 is a premier bolt-on turbocharger upgrade kit engineered for MQB platform vehicles, including the MK7 GTI/Golf R and 8V S3/A3. This kit centers around a genuine Garrett Gen2 GTX turbocharger, expertly housed within a CTS proprietary exhaust manifold. The housing is meticulously cast and machined to ensure compatibility with any exhaust downpipe, and features a 0.63 AR scroll area designed for optimal boost response and minimized restriction. This upgrade kit is engineered to achieve power outputs ranging from 400hp to 600hp, contingent on the vehicle's fueling system and other engine modifications. The direct bolt-on design eliminates the need for any permanent modifications to the vehicle, simplifying installation. The package includes custom brackets for the wastegate solenoid, dedicated oil and water lines, and custom-molded silicon couplers for connecting to the turbo outlet pipe and air intake. Compatibility is specific: the BOSS turbo upgrade requires a CTS Turbo intake. While other intakes may be adaptable, CTS Turbo cannot provide guidance for their installation. A CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow-off valve is recommended; the factory diverter valve is compatible but necessitates a harness extension. Furthermore, only the OEM or a CTS Turbo outlet pipe can be used with this kit at this time. Tuning support is available for North American fueling configurations, as well as for upgraded fueling systems from United Motorsport and Eurodyne, ensuring a complete performance solution. The kit contents include the genuine Garrett GTX Gen2 turbocharger, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, wastegate bracket, silicon couplers, DV/BOV adapter, oil lines, water lines, and all necessary installation hardware.
