MQB Lowering Springs

Leveraging extensive experience with the MQB platform, these springs are optimized to work seamlessly with factory dampers, providing a ride that is slightly stiffer than stock yet remains predictable and comfortable. Each spring set is manufactured in the USA using high tensile chrome silicon. They undergo a rigorous process including shot peening, pre-setting, and testing to meet critical dimensional and rate/load tolerances. The springs feature a zinc coating for corrosion resistance and a durable gloss black powder coat for an OEM appearance. This premium material allows for a lighter spring that maintains consistent compression and rebound, even under repeated deflection, ensuring reliable performance without deformation. Key features include a linear spring design similar to OEM, compatibility with DCC/ACC systems, and the ability to work with factory shocks. The kit also includes leveling adapters for the rear springs, which raise the rear by 13/32″. These springs offer an approximate lowering of 1.6″ Front & Rear. They are designed to fit 2015+ VW Golf SportWagen (all models) and 2015+ VW Alltrack (all models). Emmanuele Design backs these lowering springs with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. The warranty excludes damages from abuse, misuse, improper installation, racing, or normal wear and tear.
