MQB MK7/MK7.5 GTI FMIC Kit

The CTS Turbo MQB MK7/MK7.5 VW GTI FMIC Kit is an excellent upgrade for any stock or modified car, designed to improve cooling efficiency. Its large high-density bar and plate intercooler core, measuring 24″ x 8″ x 2.75″, is capable of handling up to 450hp and contributes to reduced heat soak and lower charged air temperatures. The kit utilizes smooth-flowing cast aluminum end tanks and includes 4-ply silicon couplers and stainless steel T-Bolt clamps for a secure and reliable installation. A significant advantage of this FMIC kit is that it requires no trimming to the OEM bumper or rebar, simplifying the installation process. The pressure-tested intercooler core ensures robust performance and longevity. The kit includes all necessary hardware and parts to relocate the SAI pump and the outside air temperature sensor. Fitment is for the 2015-2020 VW GTI models. Importantly, this FMIC kit does not fit vehicles equipped with the forward-collision warning system, which typically appears as a small black radar in the front grille.
