MQB v3 BOSS Turbo Kit

The CTS Turbo MQB v3 BOSS Turbo Kit is a redesigned, bolt-on turbocharger upgrade for the VW/Audi MQB platform, capable of supporting 600-700hp depending on fueling and engine modifications. At its core is a reverse rotation Gen2 30/71 (BOSS600) or 30/76 (BOSS700) dual ball-bearing CHRA. The turbo outlet measures 2.5 inches and is positioned at the factory location for straightforward integration with compatible outlet pipes. The kit includes a 3.25-inch cast turbo inlet, integrated wastegate actuator bracket, and factory-location oil and water lines, along with all required installation hardware. The kit is compatible with CTS Turbo intakes or aftermarket equivalents, though other brands may need a different coupler. A 2.5-inch turbo outlet pipe is required and sold separately. Tuning is available for North American fueling as well as upgraded fueling from United Motorsport, COBB, and Eurodyne. Optional accessories include a turbo install kit, downpipe, intake, diverter/blow-off valves, and intercooler. This turbo upgrade kit is compatible with a range of Audi A3/S3 and VW Golf/GTI/Alltrack/Sportwagen/GLI models from approximately 2014 to 2024, all equipped with 1.8T or 2.0T engines on the MQB platform.
