This intake is a direct fit for 2008-2010 Pontiac G6 L4-2.4L and 2009-2010 Chevrolet Malibu L4-2.4L models with an air pump. It does not require a tune. However, this product is not currently CARB exempt and cannot be shipped into California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.
