Overview

The MercRacing MR1900 TVS Supercharger Kit is designed for Honda/Acura vehicles equipped with K20/24 engines. This system offers increased power and efficiency, capable of producing 450 HP, or over 500 HP with E85 and an installed cooling system. The kit includes the MR1900 TVS supercharger with a billet 3.5-inch pulley, a CNC-machined inlet compatible with stock through 74mm throttle bodies, and a billet blower adapter with mounting hardware.

The MercRacing MR1900 TVS Supercharger Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of Honda and Acura vehicles featuring K20/24 engines. This supercharger system delivers increased power output and improved efficiency compared to previous MercRacing models like the 900 and 1320 kits. It is capable of achieving 450 horsepower (HP), with the potential to exceed 500 HP when using E85 fuel and the optional cooling system. A billet blower adapter and all necessary mounting hardware are also provided for a complete installation. Installation notes specify that the thermostat housing may need to be replaced with one that points downwards, such as from an Acura RSX Type S, to ensure proper manifold clearance and heat management, particularly on vehicles like the 8th Generation Civic. For models running over 15 psi, it is strongly recommended to upgrade spark plugs to a range 8 or 9. For 9th Gen Civic owners, upgrading the thermostat housing and thermostat to the 2005-2006 RSX Type S is advised due to the stock K24Z7 engine's tendency to run hot. Additionally, an extension for the throttle body harness may be required for certain 9th Gen Civic installations.
