MS3Pro Mini Standalone ECU

The AMP EFI MS3Pro Mini is a compact, standalone Engine Control Unit (ECU) designed to fit in the palm of your hand, offering advanced engine management capabilities for a wide range of engines. It supports configurations from 1 to 8 cylinders, including sequential fuel and ignition for 1-4 cylinder engines, sequential fuel with wasted spark for 6-8 cylinder engines, and separate leading/trailing ignition outputs for 2-rotor Wankel engines. Key features include 8 saturated injector outputs (which can be repurposed), 4 logic-level spark outputs, and a dedicated fuel pump relay/controller output. The unit is equipped with 2 conditioned inputs for cam/crank sensors, 3 digital inputs (2 high-frequency capable), and 4 general-purpose analog inputs. It also boasts an onboard 1-Bar barometric sensor and an onboard 4-Bar MAP sensor, alongside dedicated inputs for essential sensors like CLT, MAT, and TPS. Connectivity is further enhanced with CAN and RS232 ports. The MS3Pro Mini offers extensive functionality for precise engine control, including VVT control, multiple idle control strategies, E85 flex fuel sensor input, and compatibility with external wideband O2 controllers. It supports advanced features such as closed-loop boost control, internal SD card datalogging, nitrous control, a three-step rev limiter with flat shift, trans brake and bump box control, advanced launch control, pit lane limiter, water/methanol injection, and multiple traction control strategies. Tuning options are flexible, supporting Speed Density, Alpha-N, MAF, and blended algorithms, with 2D/3D table views and individual cylinder fuel/spark trim tables. Installation and tuning are facilitated by required software: MS Firmware v1.6.0 or later and TunerStudio v3.2.0 or later (license included). The ECU supports a generic wheel decoder for nearly any trigger pattern and is compatible with over 50 OEM and aftermarket ignition systems. It also features fuel-only mode, rally-style turbo anti-lag, long-term fuel trim, high power time enrichment, and multiple acceleration enrichment strategies. Optional accessories like an 8ft flying lead harness, USB FTDI serial adapter, and M8 tuning cable are available, with different package options for ECU only or ECU with harness.
