MS3Pro PnP Standalone Engine Management System

The AMP EFI MS3Pro PnP (Model #MSPNPPro-MM9900) is a comprehensive standalone engine management system engineered for the 1999-2000 USDM Mazda Miata models equipped with a manual transmission. A pre-loaded base map is included to facilitate an easier engine start. At its core, the MS3Pro PnP offers advanced tunable engine control capabilities. It features high-resolution tuning with 16x16 fuel tables and 16x16 ignition tables. Additional integrated features include multiple acceleration enrichment strategies, closed-loop idle speed control, air conditioner control, and four sequential fuel injector channels with individual trim tables. The system's onboard peak and hold drivers accommodate both high and low impedance injectors, eliminating the need for an external ballast resistor. It also allows for the removal of the stock airflow meter. The MS3Pro PnP boasts an advanced feature set for precise tuning and enhanced performance. This includes 12x12 Air Fuel Ratio target tables for use with a wideband O2 sensor, VVT support for later VVT motor swaps, and programmable voltage regulator control for NB alternator swaps. For performance enthusiasts, it offers multiple traction control strategies, a built-in 3-step rev limiter/launch control with flat shift and burnout capabilities, real-time barometric correction, and an internal 4-bar MAP sensor capable of reading up to 44 PSI of boost. Overboost protection, closed-loop boost control (requires EBC solenoid kit), rally-style anti-lag, and water injection control (on/off or variable) are also included. For advanced diagnostics and custom setups, it features a knock sensor input with adjustable sensitivity and windowing, a table switching input for on-the-fly map changes, flex fuel sensor input for E85/gasoline switching, and a CANBus connector for interconnectivity with other MegaSquirt-compatible devices.
