The Mosselman Upgrade Turbocharger Set MSL50-65 is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the BMW N54 engine, offering proven reliability. These turbochargers utilize brand-new MHI TD04 cartridges integrated for a true plug-and-play installation, ensuring a seamless fit with the OEM setup. The design focuses on increasing airflow and reducing backpressure, which translates to faster spool, stronger mid-range power, and consistent performance up to the redline. Constructed with high-precision CNC-machined housings and featuring a lightweight titanium shaft nut, these turbos are built for durability and high-RPM stability. Each unit is VSR balanced to replicate real-world operating conditions, ensuring smooth operation and long-term reliability. The set is based on new MHI N54 Turbochargers, not refurbished cores, and there is no core charge required. Mosselman manufactures these turbochargers in-house at their facility in The Netherlands, ensuring strict quality control. Depending on supporting modifications and fuel type, it can achieve performance levels of up to 650hp. The set is available for both Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) models. If unsure about the correct version, Mosselman advises contacting them with the vehicle's VIN for verification. Compatibility is confirmed for the following BMW models: 135i E82 (306hp), 335i E90 N54 (306hp), and Z4 E89 35i / 35is / LCI 35i / LCI 35is (306–340hp).
