MSPNP2 Gen 2 Plug & Play ECU

The AMP|EFI MSPNP2 Gen 2 Plug & Play ECU (MSPNP2-MK9395) offers a fully standalone engine management solution for specific 90s Ford Probe and Mazda models. Designed for ease of installation, it features a plug-and-play harness and comes with a pre-loaded start-up map for the 2.5L V6 engine. This ECU is a budget-friendly option for motorsports and off-road use, providing fully tunable engine control with 16x16 fuel tables and 12x12 ignition tables. It supports advanced features like multiple acceleration enrichment strategies, closed-loop idle speed control, VRIS control for improved torque and power, and onboard high-impedance injector drivers. The internal 4-bar MAP sensor can monitor boost pressure up to 44 PSI, with overboost protection and closed-loop boost control capabilities when paired with a compatible EBC solenoid kit. It also includes table switching input for alternative fuel or nitrous activation and flex fuel sensor input. Compatibility is specific to manual transmission vehicles: 1993-1995 USDM Ford Probe 2.5L V6 [KLDE], 1993-1995 Mazda MX6 2.5L V6 [KLDE], 1993-1995 Mazda 626 2.5L V6 [KLDE], and 1992-1994 Mazda MX3 1.8L V6 [K8DE]. It is also compatible with KLZE swaps that utilize an OBD1 KL-series ECU. Importantly, this unit supports Manual or Hydraulic Controlled Automatic Transmissions Only and does not support Electronic Automatic Transmission Control.
