The Turner Motorsport E9x N52 Muffler and Resonator Delete is a direct-fit exhaust component designed to replace the factory muffler and resonator. Constructed from T304 stainless steel with 1.25mm wall thickness and CNC mandrel-bent 3.0" tubing, it features straight-through exhaust gas routing for improved flow. The system includes Tig-welded exhaust hangers that utilize factory mounting locations for easy installation.

The Turner Motorsport E9x N52 Muffler and Resonator Delete is engineered to transform your N52 engine's exhaust note without requiring a full exhaust system replacement. This kit removes the restrictive factory muffler and resonator, substituting them with lightweight, high-flow T304 stainless steel tubing. The 3.0" diameter tubing is CNC mandrel-bent to ensure smooth, straight-through exhaust gas routing and features large radius bends for optimal flow transitions. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel with a 1.25mm wall thickness, this delete kit is 100% hand-Tig welded at all joints, ensuring a robust and leak-proof seal. Stainless steel Accuseal exhaust clamps are provided for a secure connection. The system also includes dual 3.0" exhaust tips, with selectable finishes, and offers an optional exhaust pipe cutter and muffler hanger tools for a DIY installation. Weighing approximately 22lbs, it offers a significant weight savings compared to the OEM units, which typically range from 41-44lbs. The kit is specifically designed for the BMW E90, E91, and E92 chassis models equipped with the N52 3.0L engine, including variants such as the 325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 330i, and 330xi.
